Market Street is an Escrow company from Los Angeles that focuses on real estate, business, and personal assets. Escrow services protect both buyer and seller, enabling the secure exchange of property.

This Market Street wanted to step outside of the box without steering away from their roots and keeping in mind that they are an escrow company. They wanted to give their costumers confidence through their branding. With their attributes in mind: adventurous, confident, established, stern, and sophisticated I created a brand that is loud in color, but very subtle in composition to give the costumers the confidence that they need to trust them with their property, income, and any other valuable assets.
